5. Estimates and Pricing

Inspection and testing fees will be provided prior to service.

Pricing depends on property size and number of samples collected.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Laboratory sample fees are non-refundable once submitted.

Failure to pay may result in withholding of the final report until payment is received in full.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
